With over 10 years of experience, she’s passionate about neurodiverse-affirming practice and always leads with calmness and compassion. 🌟🤩


We’re so thankful for all the work Charlotte does — from guiding our team, to providing education and support for families every step of the way. 🙏

Outside of work, Charlotte is a proud wife and mum of three, and in the office she’s famous for her fun outfits, bright smile, and warm energy. ✨
